Sea buckthorn is very demanding due to its stiff spines. Harvesting it is really time-consuming.

Our dedicated and patented line of sea buckthorn guarantees efficient and fast processing. Its capacity varies between 1 and 1.5 tons per hour. It replaces the work of at least a few people.

Frozen branches are poured into a tippler, which feeds them in portions directly to the sea-buckthorn separator.

The branches are pulled towards the machine. The next unit shakes the fruits off. The separated fruits fall directly onto the belt conveyor.

Belt air cleaner prevents contaminants, e.g. leaves or twigs, from getting into the final product.

The cleaned product falls onto the sieve and is led through a discharge chute to the next stages of production.
