It is used for the heat treatment of products before freezing or preparing for canning. After blanching, the raw material is cooled with air.
Thanks to the integration of two devices into one – blancher and cooler, you not only save money, but also space for transporting the product from one machine to another.
In order to maintain the highest possible hygiene of the device and the correct operation of the nozzles, the water is cleaned on a conveyor belt and then returned to the sprays.
