Depending on the dispenser used, the machine is intended for packing products such as: cucumbers, cabbages, shredded vegetables or salads in heat-sealable materials.

The packing foil is delivered as a roll. As it passes through the roller system, the machine prints the use-by date and batch number, and in some cases – the barcode. The frame on which the roll is mounted and the stretching rollers have a system for automatic correction of foil guidance. This enables precise sealing of the vertical joint, regardless of the quality of the reel winding.

The foil then passes through the forming tube, where the sleeve is formed from the flat strip. The sleeve is tightened on a forming tube, through which the previously prepared portion of the product gets dispensed.

The filled sleeve is closed with a horizontal seal and then cut off. The package falls onto a receiving device.

Depending on the type of foil, the machine can be equipped with various jaw heating systems.

Used materials are: acid-resistant steel, or plastic elements approved for contact with food.
