The device is designed for washing closed cans and jars in the production lines for agricultural and food processing plants, as well as in fruit and vegetable, meat, poultry, fish, food concentrates and other industries.

The cans or jars can go to the washer by means of a conveyor or by manual stacking on the washer’s conveyor belt.

The first stage is pre-soaking. Then, the washing with heated water (optionally with detergent) takes place, and the jar goes to the brush section, where the remnants of impurities are removed. Finally, the packaging is rinsed, blown and dried.

The capacity is 2,000 to 2,500 pcs/h.
