The machine is used for dry cleaning of fruits such as currants or blueberries from light impurities such as leaves, grass, moss, etc.

The product to be cleaned is fed to the chute of the scraper conveyor, which is an integral part of the device. With its help, the raw material is thrown into the venting chamber, where all the contaminants that are lighter than the product are blown away in the air stream at the bottom. The raw material cleaned in this way falls onto the bar grate, built into the air supply manifold, and is released through the discharge to the outside of the device. The collected impurities are directed to the two dirt outlets on the sides, on which collecting bags can be mounted with a clamp.

The device allows you to adjust both the amount of raw material and the force of blowing.

The structure is the openwork frame made of closed profiles, mounted on the feet and equipped with wheels. The construction is adapted to EU standards, ensuring very easy maintenance of high production hygiene and ergonomics of work (closed profiles, easy cleaning of the entire structure, etc.)
