The device is designed to remove stones and non-floating parts in the process of cleaning vegetables.

The product is fed to the device’s charging hopper, where there is a belt elevator collecting stones and a system forcing the flow of raw material. The system, through its rotation, forces the flow of raw material on the top of the water surface. The product moves with the water to the receiving elevator. On the elevator, the product is separated from the water, which circulates in a closed circuit forced by the operation of the propeller.

All impurities heavier than the raw material (stones) fall to the bottom of the charging hopper, and are removed outside the device by the built-in conveyor. The water in the machine is removed from time to time through automatic drain valves. This process simultaneously removes the accumulated fine impurities (sand, small stones) that have not been discharged by the conveyor.

The capacity is up to 12 t/h.
