The device is designed for slicing mushrooms. The cutting process is carried out by circular knives. The device can also be used to cut vegetables, e.g. fresh, pickled or canned cucumbers, lengthwise.

The sliced product is fed in the front of the machine, which has a vibrator that guides and distributes the mushrooms or cucumbers. With its help, the mushrooms, with their caps in the direction of movement, fall onto the shaped belt conveyors, on which they get appropriately oriented for cutting. Then, they fall into the cutting knives assembly.

The mushrooms are cut into slices. According to the customer’s requirements, we can adjust the spacing of the knives to the expected, final slice thickness.

The capacity of the device is up to 2 t/h.

The machine is very easy to clean thanks to its accessible elements. It is also resistant to chemicals used during washing.
