This line is designed for fully automatic dosing of solid raw metarials into jars of various sizes. The set can be used to dispense various products, e.g. tripe, meat cubes, bacon, sliced sausages, vegetable or fruit mixes and slices, etc.

The line consists mainly of a tippler for stuffing trolleys. The device is used to transport the stuffing trolley to the required height. At this height, it is inverted in order to pour its contents. After pouring out the product, it goes to the vibratory feeder, which evenly transports it to the multi-head scale. The latter weighs out specific portions of the product and puts them into jars. Jars are fed automatically by the units positioning them under the discharge hopper of a multi-head scale.

Filled jars go to the next stage of the line where they can be filled up with pickle juice and closed.

The process is fully automatic and the machines are synchronized with each other.
