It is a water-air washer in an additionally elongated version, specially equipped to ensure the highest quality of cleaning of the dedicated raw material, e.g. leek or rhubarb.

The product is poured into the tank, in which it is subjected to a water bath and washed thoroughly. The movement of the product is facilitated by the installed rake system, sweeping it along the washer. Specially selected automation allows you to regulate the time the vegetables stay in the bath.

After the washing process is completed, the product is lifted onto the dripping conveyor, and additionally rinsed by the showers placed above it.

The device is equipped with a closed water circuit with pre-treatment, which makes it economical and efficient at the same time.

Washing is gentle and does not damage the product.

Capacity is about 4 t/h, depending on the degree of contamination.
