The device is designed for palletizing buckets.

Buckets filled the product are fed to the device’s roller conveyor. The palletizer collects them in the amount specified by the program, and positions them in rows and then in layers, successively, on a collective pallet. The pallet is inserted into the device manually by the operator, or mechanically from the pallet magazine (not included in the device). After arranging the layer, the device stops waiting for the operator to provide a cardboard or plastic spacer. Then, the employee restarts the machine.

After completing the cycle (arranging the programmed number of layers), the pallet with the product is moved onto a roller conveyor to the expeditionary part or to the “STRECH” foil wrapping machine.

It is possible to adjust the software (number of layers and number of packages in a layer) to the individual requirements and needs of the customer.

The device is adapted to EU standards, ensuring very easy maintenance of high production hygiene and high ergonomics of work (closed profiles, easy cleaning of the entire structure, etc.)

Capacity is about 10-13 packages/min.
