SPRAY BELT GLAZER
The device is used in fruit and vegetable processing plants. Its task is to strengthen the structure of products such as broccoli or cauliflower before their calibration. An additional effect may be the improvement of the appearance of the processed products and an increase in their weight.
The deep-frozen product is fed to the glazer’s belt which moves it along the device. At the same time, special nozzles spray water mist on the product, which results in its enhancement and aesthetic appearance.
