The device is dedicated to removing stalks from fresh cherries. It is also applicable in the case of similar raw material such as mirabelle, wild cherry, etc.

Rolls covered with plastic counter-rotate towards each other, pulling the stalk under and tearing it off. Working with the system of slats, it moves the cherries with a sliding motion while simultaneously turning them. In this way, it gets rid of not only the fruit stalks, but also leaves and other impurities. Optionally, the device can be equipped with a water purification system which largely reduces water consumption.

The capacity is 1-2.5 t/h.
