THREE DECK VIBRATORY CALIBRATOR

The vibratory calibrator is intended for sorting frozen fruit and vegetables. The size of the calibration is regulated by installing replaceable screen decks with appropriately selected perforations.

The product is fed to the device directly from the cooling tunnel belt or through a conveyor which distributes it across the entire width. There are 3 screen decks built into the calibrator tank, each with a different perforation diameter, from the largest to the smallest.

This arrangement results in a great calibration efficiency while maintaining the high performance of the device.

An additional advantage of the machine is the possibility of packing the calibrated product directly into bags.

The capacity of the device is up to 5 t/h.
