The device is used to transport the stuffing trolley to a given height, and then turn it over in order to pour out its contents.

It is very easy to use. The worker places a container (stuffing trolley) in the hopper. Then, by starting the machine, the trolley is lifted up, its contents tilted and poured out. After that, the container returns to its starting position.
