VACUUM CHAMBER
The device is designed for structural saturation of mushrooms with water or solutions, in order to obtain specific technological parameters.
The purpose of this process is to prepare the product for the next technological steps, such as blanching or freezing.
Mushrooms can be “processed” cut or whole. The design ensures very easy maintenance of high production hygiene and work ergonomics (closed profiles, easy cleaning of the entire structure, etc.). The service of the entire set is facilitated by a built-in service platform.
The device has been designed and constructed so that auxiliary materials (grease, oil, etc.) must not come into contact with the product.
The efficiency is 3-4 cycles/h.
