The packaging washer is used in the fruit and vegetable processing industry for washing heavily soiled collective packaging, such as boxes, baskets, etc., used for the transport of fresh products. Human work while operating the machine comes down to manual insertion and removal of the washed packaging.

Washing takes place in two sections. The first section is pre-washing in a closed cycle. Thanks to the double filtration, the pre-washing water can be used in subsequent washing processes, which significantly affects water savings.

The second section is the main washing with detergent. This section can be additionally equipped with automatic dosing of chemicals. The possibility of pouring hot water into the device increases its effectiveness. It is also possible to extend the machine with running water rinsing system.

The side and top barriers are adjustable, so you can regulate them depending on the size of the package.

An additional advantage is the ability to raise the upper part of the machine for thorough cleaning after work or in the case of servicing.

The machine’s working capacity is 1500-1800 boxes/h.
