The sorting line is either a part of the fruit and vegetable processing line, or it can be used as a separate device. It is equipped with an elevator, vibratory feeder, optical sorter, waste conveyor, inspection conveyor and, optionally, supporting structures and service platforms.

The sorting process begins with a spoke elevator, which transports the product to the vibratory feeder. Its main task is to feed the raw material evenly to the optical sorter. In addition, it acts as a sieving machine that removes frost and fine fraction. Thanks to this, the efficiency of the sorter is improved.

Integrated collection system allows for easy and quick disposal of waste from the line. To remove the process waste you can use a belt conveyor (or a different type of conveyor, according to your individual needs).

We adjust the efficiency of the device to the capacity of the sorters owned by the customer, thanks to which they receive a fully complete optical sorting lines.
