FLOTATION WASHER WITH DESTONER
A device used for washing green peas and corn. It can be an element of production lines for the food industry.
The product is fed to the front part of the machine, in which there is a water chute that evenly feeds it onto the conveyor belt. The direction of rotation of the belt is opposite to the direction of the moving product, and thanks to the rungs it is equipped with, it stops and deposits small stones, which then go to the container. After the destoning procedure, floating impurities are separated from the product which is transported to the flotation washing section.
In the flotation washing section, due to the appropriate shaping of the nozzles and water channels, the immersion of the product is forced, which results in washing.
Then the product, along with the water from the washer, flows into the vibratory separator. The separated water returns to a closed circuit, whereas the product is fed to the rest of the production line.
The capacity is up to 15 t/h.
The device is very economical. Due to the closed water cycle, its consumption is significantly reduced.
