The device is designed for breaking frozen food stored in cardboard boxes, octabin type.

The collective packaging is inserted into the machine with a forklift. Then the breaking bits gradually descend towards the packaging, gently drilling into the frozen product with a rotary motion until it is completely broken up.

After the work is finished, the product is ready to be transported to the next production stages, e.g. to the packaging line.

The device is effective and does not damage the product. It is easy to maintain and keep clean. A pressure washer can be used to wash the machine without the risk of damaging its components.
