The main purpose of the device is sorting cherries according to their diameter. The machine can be successfully used for other similar raw materials such as mirabelles, wild cherries, plums, etc.

Cherries are evenly fed to the roller calibrator, and thanks to the appropriate distances between the rolls, the product, the diameter of which fits into the slot, drops to the discharge. The other fruits, whose dimensions do not fit into the slots of the rolls, fall onto the final discharge. The size of the gaps between the rollers is adjustable. In this way, you can obtain 4 product fractions of different sizes.

Machine efficiency is up to 5 t/h.
