SEMI-AUTOMATIC CABBAGE DRILLER MACHINE

The machine is designed for cutting out the cores from cabbage heads.

The cabbage is placed and positioned by the operator on the machine’s transport nest with the core part facing upwards. Once process of cutting out is finished, cabbage heads can be removed by a conveyor, such as an inspection conveyor, for the next processing step or by a leaf-peeling conveyor. The cutting heads are lowered only when a sensor detects the presence of cabbage.

The machine can process up to 100 cabbage heads per minute.

The device is intuitive and simple to use, and the cutting knives can be quickly and easily replaced.

The integrated touchscreen makes the machine easy for the operator to use.

The machine is available in single- or double-track configurations.
