The device is used in fruit and vegetable processing lines as a buffer for frozen food or vegetable mixes, during the process of weighing and packing them into unit packages, or before feeding them to the next part of the technological line.

The product is poured into the hopper using a high-lift tippler (not included in the offer). In the upper part of the hopper there is a grate with dimensions of 150 x 150 mm, thanks to which it is possible to manually, initially break the lumps.

Access for an employee is provided by a convenient service platform.

The product prepared in this way falls onto the lower part of the hopper, in which a mechanical drum crusher for easily breakable lumps is built-in. The size of the crusher gap is adjusted manually by means of a knob on the trapezoidal screw, or automatically by means of an actuator connected to the hydraulic power unit of the tippler.
