Working tables are structures used in fruit and vegetable processing lines as auxiliary elements, e.g. for selecting, packing or weighing the product on an electronic scale.

The product is poured onto the table top, where it is visually inspected by the staff. For the convenience of the employee, a lamp has been installed above the working part. The tilting top and narrow discharge improve the ergonomics of work during emptying. Under the tabletop, there is a convenient shelf for the equipment needed at work, such as a knife, packaging, stitcher or sealer, etc.
